Tasty beverages not always bad for our body, there are a lot of healthy (and of course Tasty) beverages recipes that can helps our body to heal itself.

*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxics in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Cucumber is high water content helps keep the body hydrous, helps regularise blood heat, rids the body of excess fluids, and cleanses the body of harmful wastes and toxins.
*Celery are packed with minerals, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6 and C) and nutrients (potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential amino acids)

Cosmetics = harmful toxics???

women's usualy use 10-12 beauty products each day and for men's they usualy use 5-6 kinds of products. but are those products are safe to use?

Annie Leonard, is now addressing the subject of chemicals in cosmetics. in her eight minutes video, she discusses why america allows unregulated and untested chemicals which have been linked to birth defects, brain damage or cancer added to the cosmetics products.

in my opinion, I agree that in many cosmetics products contains harmful toxics. but the questions is, how much ammount of that harmful toxics?
As an Illustration, an apple have cyanide on it. Cyanide is a chemical compound and that compound can cause a death, its a deathly toxic!! But the amounts of cyanide is extremely small and the exposure won't harm us. by the same token for cosmetics. The ammounts of harmful toxic in cosmetics are not as scaring as she said in her video.

Eventhought, as a prevention, is a good ideas to reduce the numbers of cosmetics we use or use cosmetics not as often as now. This action is taken to decreasing accumulation ammmounts of that harmful body toxic in our body. For detoxification, there are a book called "Detox for Women" by Natalie Rose who revealed about detox completely. other way, Why don't you try homemade cosmetics products to do some body treat?? with homemade cosmetics products you can control materials you use.

Homemade Natural Recipes for Hand & Foot Treatment

Besides Skin, Hair and Face, we must treat our hands and foots as well as other to gain smooth and clean Hands and Foots. We can made homemade recipes to do some hands and foots treatment. Here some recipes you can made at your own home.

Hand & Foot Exfoliator

What's you need:
2 Tlbsp of fine sea salt
2 heaped tsp fine oatmeal (same kind as in your cupboard)
1 tsp. baking soda

How's to use:
Blend ingredients, and add enough water to make a paste. Apply to your skin and rub gently. Rinse and gently pat dry.

Sweet Milk Foot Soak

What's you need:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. moisturizing lotion
2 cups milk
7 cups water

How's to use:
In a large saucepan, heat the water & milk. When steaming, add sugar & lotion and mix to a slightly soupy consistency. Let it cool, till the mixture is cool enough for you to place feet in. Pour into a bowl large enough to fit both feet. Soak for 10 minutes. You can either rinse now, or use some extra sugar to scrub your feet. Rinse well then use some moisturizer

Strawberry Foot Scrub

What's you need:
6 strawberries
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

How's to use:
Squeeze strawberries with a fork. Blend ingredients into a paste, massage gently onto pre-soaked feet, then rinse and dry.

Peppermint Massage Oil

What's you need:
10 tsp. grapeseed oil
3 drops eucalyptus oil
4 drops rosemary oil
2 drops peppermint oil
these oils can be bought at any natural store or even some craft stores.

How's to use:
Blend oils. Put in a small jar.
Warm up oil before doing any massage. Your toes will love the minty and refreshing feeling!
