Juices For Wellness (part 1)

Tasty beverages not always bad for our body, there are a lot of healthy (and of course Tasty) beverages recipes that can helps our body to heal itself.

Juice for Wellness (part1)

Juice #1: Carrot + Ginger + Apple
*Carrots are a good source of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene, helping anti-aging and contains cancer-fighting antioxidants.
*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxins in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Ginger is a very good tonic for the entire digestive system.
*Carrot + Ginger + Apple = Boost and cleanse our body system.

Juice #2: Apple + Cucumber + Celery
*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxics in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Cucumber is high water content helps keep the body hydrous, helps regularise blood heat, rids the body of excess fluids, and cleanses the body of harmful wastes and toxins.
*Celery are packed with minerals, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6 and C) and nutrients (potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential amino acids)
* Apple + Cucumber + Celery = Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and improve stomach upset and headache.

Juice #3: Tomato + Carrot + Apple
*Tomato is rich of Vitamin C, contains lycopene (prevent cancer and heart disease)
*Carrots are a good source of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene, helping anti-aging and contains cancer-fighting antioxidants.
*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxins in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Tomato + Carrot + Apple = Improve skin complexion and bad breath
