Juices For Wellness (part 2)

Now, resuming previous story about Juices for Wellness, i'll write more juices which can be used for body treat. In Juices for wellness (part 2), i'll skip to write the benefits of each ingredients but still i'll write the benefits of whole juices recipes.

* To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney

Juices #9: Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk
* reduce internal body heat and avoid bad breath.
