Tasty beverages not always bad for our body, there are a lot of healthy (and of course Tasty) beverages recipes that can helps our body to heal itself.

Juice for Wellness (part1)

*Carrots are a good source of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene, helping anti-aging and contains cancer-fighting antioxidants.
*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxins in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Ginger is a very good tonic for the entire digestive system.
*Carrot + Ginger + Apple = Boost and cleanse our body system.

Juice #2: Apple + Cucumber + Celery
*Apples have pectin, it help to break down toxics in the intestines and help maintain a healthy bowel function
*Cucumber is high water content helps keep the body hydrous, helps regularise blood heat, rids the body of excess fluids, and cleanses the body of harmful wastes and toxins.
*Celery are packed with minerals, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6 and C) and nutrients (potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential amino acids)
* Apple + Cucumber + Celery = Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and improve stomach upset and headache.

Tea and Your Skin

Since ancient time, tea well known as useful herbal drink, it is stimulant qualities mostly attributed to caffein. And now in modern time, we know more and more another benefit of tea. recent days, science proving that tea also useful as a health food allegedly helpful in preventing or ameliorating a variety of conditions, from heart disease and cancer, to gum disease, skin and face aging and weight loss.

Considering tea's well-documented antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, topical green tea polyphenols are believable to decelerate the growth of some signs of aging like wrinkles, skin sag and other sign of aging. with those proved fact, we can use tea for our body treat, especially skin treatment or face treatment.

here some methods that we can do in our home to exploit the benefit of tea:

Method #1: Bolled a pair of Earl Grey teabags, run them under a tap and place over eyes for 10 minutes before night out.

Method #2: you'll need 4 bags of chamomile tea an a bowl. Use that four bags of chamomile tea. Leave them to steep for 5 minutes then hold your face over the bowl.

Methods#3: Freeze cooled chamomile tea in an ice-cube tray. When set, remove cubes and run over your face.

Methods#4: Soak some gauze in cooled green tea and apply on skin the way you would a toner.

choose one of those methods and decelerate your skin from aging.

notice: simply buying a green tea cream is not recommended because like most other antioxidants, tea polyphenols are oxidized and lose their activity when exposed to air. Whether factory-built green tea creams retain the activity is unclear.
